Introduction

These rules are the official public offer of Octoglobaltrade, acting in accordance with the Company, on the one hand, and the individual investor on the other. This is equivalent to concluding an Agreement under international law. These rules enter into force on the date of registration of the Investor on the Octoglobaltrade website and acceptance of the terms. If you disagree with these terms or any part of them, you must not use this website.

Eligibility

Any individual or company from any country may open an account on the website. You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree that all information, communications, and materials from Octoglobaltrade are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential, and protected from disclosure. Moreover, materials herein are not an offer or solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction where such offers are unlawful, nor to any person to whom such offer would be unlawful.

Access, benefits, and obligation

You must register as a Member to access certain functions. Provide complete and accurate information when registering or updating Registration Data, and keep it current. You are responsible for password security. The Company and its service providers are not liable for loss arising from use of your password by others. Each Investor may register only one personal account; re-registration is not allowed. In case of multiple registrations, the Company may disable accounts to ascertain circumstances.

Each deposit is a private transaction between Octoglobaltrade and its Member. Members perform financial transactions at their own discretion and risk. The Investor decides whether and how much to invest. Accruals in the Personal Account follow the chosen investment package. The Investor may freely dispose of funds on the personal account and may deposit via electronic payment systems used by the Company. Interest rates depend on the selected package; packages allow different investment amounts.

Deposit and withdrawal

You may deposit using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Payeer, Perfect Money, Ripple, and Litecoin. Deposits are denominated in US dollars. Profit accruals are automatic according to the chosen plan. Depending on deposit size and investment period, you receive income after the applicable interval - daily or at term end. Daily plans return initial capital at the end of the term. Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours.

Referral / affiliate programme

You may use, reproduce, and share links to any page of this Website. Use your individual referral link to participate in the affiliate program - a way to earn extra income for referring others. You do not need an active deposit to receive affiliate bonuses. Clients may not send spam or unsolicited commercial email to promote the Company. The affiliate program pays 10% of deposits made by first-line referrals. If you do not agree with this disclaimer, please do not proceed further.
